I can tell you that a large portion of the population doesn't even no about the switch all digital TV. They've only just begun to air messages about it. I think the lower income families will be affected the most, because many them do not use the Internet and/or cannot afford the necessary equipment. So the industry needs to ensure that digital services are easy to use and that user interfaces are straight forward and simple to navigate. Get this right, customers will be happy and set-top box sales will continue to grow.
